Haunt the Readers is a chilling celebration of horror and thriller fiction where authors emerge with tales meant to unsettle the brave and delight the daring. As candlelight flickers and the past presses close, guests are invited to sip, listen, and wander through stories born in darkness and whispered into life. For two nights only, the line between reader and nightmare blurs—enter if you dare, linger if you must, and remember… the catacombs are always watching.

You can take the train to a block away from Bubes Brewery. It will be at the Amtrak Mount Joy stop. Our local airport to the event is the Harrisburg International Airport.

There will be a book store on site for purchases. Some authors will have books at their tables for purchase. More information on book store…….COMING SOON.

Ultimately, CASH is king. However, there will be credit readers available for book store purchases, food and drink purchases but we highly recommend CASH for authors that have books at their tables.

Absolutely! However PLEASE NO ROLLER CARTS. This is due to the historic nature of the building and it will be tough to maneuver.

The VIPs are covered for lunch and dinner Friday and lunch on Saturday. The Bottling Works will be Open at 5PM on Friday and at 12pm on Saturday for attendees.
The Catacombs restaurant at Bubes Brewery will be open for reservations, but are reservation ONLY. Click here for reservations and menu.
